End of Tenancy Cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning is the deep clean of a rented flat or house before new tenants move in. Many renters lose out on their deposit due to the flat/house not being left in satisfactory condition. But with Exceptional Cleaning Services, we will ensure that when you’re at the end of your tenancy contract, your premises will be left in pristine condition.
End of tenancy cleaning includes the following services:
Vacuum and mopping of all floor surfaces
Full dusting of the house including any cobwebs on ceilings or walls
Cleaning doors, frames and handles and all lighting including bulbs and switches
All furniture is moved and areas behind and underneath including skirting boards are cleaned
Kitchen surfaces and appliances such as hobs, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines and fridges are thoroughly wiped down and disinfected
Bathrooms and toilets are bleached and polished including baths, sinks and tiles
*Carpet and window cleaning are also available at additional costs

Gutter Cleaning

We believe that the best, most efficient way of clearing gutters is by doing it manually. This is to ensure that absolutely nothing is missed, Our professionals are ready to get their hands dirty; using a ladder, they will climb up and clear out and scrub your gutters clean to ensure the proper running of water. Whilst on the job, they will also inspect the gutter, downspout and hoppers and if required, we are happy to repair/replace them.
Our professionals are fully insured and will provide you with before and after photos so you don't have to do the climbing!
Carpet Cleaning
Unlike the majority of cleaning companies out there, Exceptional Cleaning Services does not hire an external carpet cleaner to carry out carpet cleaning. Exceptional Cleaning Services has certified professionals whom use the method of Hot Water Extraction (HWE) to disinfect and sterilise your carpets. Using the machine, hot water and eco-friendly detergents are injected under high pressure deep into the fibres of the carpet. The solution is then extracted back out of the carpet, drawing out the dust and grime not usually removed just by regular vacuuming.
